Clean Food is processed food which in minimal embellishments by easy cooking process such as braised, boil, and steam. It like Raw Food but Clean Food can ripen, include the spices which depend on the quantity of them that put into the food. Of course, canned food, flavour enhancer, preserved food, sausage, ham, noodles lines, sauces, salads, and juice concentrate made from white flour are called Food Processing which is not Clean Food.
Clean Food is not a low calorie food but it is a healthy food for the body because it is a minimal processed food as well as it is not diet food but its processing can decrease a weight. And it does not mean that Clean Food might not have flavours. If people can make and mix the ingredients or even choose a great ingredients, Clean Food can be delicious. Clean Food could not be told by the name of menu but it is depend on the ingredients and processes. For example waffle, it look not a Clean Food but the ingredients of waffle are Black Rye flour, egg, water, and honey. They are clean ingredientes. In another way, Chicken Fillet with Black Pepper which many people think it is Clean Food but it is not. Because chicken in this menu is mixing with many sauces and flavour enhancer. So people can not make a decision what are Clean Foods from the name of menu.
At last but not least, eating “clean” is the one alternative which really interesting because Clean eating is a deceptively simple concept. Rather than revolving around the idea of ingesting more or less of specific things. At its simplest, clean eating is about eating whole foods, or “real” foods.
